QUESTION: How much time does a normal Paintless Dent Removal take?
ANSWER: In some cases we can complete the job within 1 to 2 hours, however due to volume and high demand we usually ask our customers to drop the car off in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon. We do provide free shuttle service or If you prefer to wait, we also have an air conditioned waiting room for your convenience.
QUESTION: Do I have to come to your shop. Or will you come to me?
ANSWER: We no longer do mobile residential estimating or repair. That is why we give free estimates at our shop during business hours 9-5 Monday thru Friday and 10-2 on Saturdays. We do still provide mobile service to Dealership and Commercial accounts.
QUESTION: Can´t I do this myself?
ANSWER: It is not recommended that you try this yourself. This is a skill that takes a long time to learn and perfect and requires professional training. You can try, but we don’t recommend it. In most cases when the customer has worked on the car previously it usually raises the cost.
QUESTION: Do you suck out the dents?
ANSWER: No. Although this is a common assumption, we actually “sculpt” or “massage” the dents from the inside out. In some cases, as shown in our videos, we use a glue pulling method to “rough-out” the repair at the start and then apply the PDR tools.
QUESTION: Do you guarantee your work?
ANSWER: Yes, we guarantee and warranty all of our work. We have guaranteed satisfaction from our first day in business in 1997 and have been successful in keeping our promise to deliver quality on time service and repairs.
